Legal terms and conditions for participation in the FORMENTERA ZEN 2027 TICKET RAFFLE promotion

 

1.        PROMOTION ORGANIZING COMPANY

KLOK LONGEVITY Company, with registered address at MUÑOZ DEGRAIN and identification number B24801185, organizes for promotional purposes the RAFFLE (hereinafter, "the Promotion") nationwide, to be carried out through the FORMENTERA ZEN 2026 event, exclusively for users residing in Spain and of legal age, in accordance with the provisions of the participation conditions section.

 

2.        START AND END DATE

The Promotion will start on May 29, 2026, and will end on May 31, 2026.

The Company reserves the right not to carry out the promotional action if, by the indicated start date, fewer than 20 people have registered to participate. Similarly, the Company may extend the promotional action for 1 more week, with the new end date being June 7, 2026, if more than 60 people register to participate.

 

3.        PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

It is important to emphasize that participation in the Contest implies unconditional acceptance and respect for the provisions of these Legal Bases.

The participation requirements will be as follows:

-          Participants must reside in Spain and be over 18 years of age.

-          Only participants who have provided their contact details via the form can participate.

-          The personal data with which participants fill out the registration form must be truthful.

-          Participants may only register once for this promotion.

The Promotion mechanism consists of distributing a form to complete during the Formentera Zen 2026 event. Those who wish to participate in the raffle must complete the form and submit it to the organization.

4.        PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES

1 winner and 1 alternate will be chosen by raffle on June 9.

The selection of the winner and the alternate will be made using a random selection computer tool.

The winner will receive as a prize: two (2) tickets to attend Formentera Zen 2027. The prize does not include transport, accommodation, food, or any other associated expenses.

The winner may contact the Company within 2 days   from the date on which they are announced by email. If no contact is made within the stipulated period, the alternate will be notified and must make contact within the following two days. If no communication is received, the raffle will be declared void.

The holding of the raffle, as well as the granting of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

 

5.        LIMITATIONS

If it is found that any of the participants do not meet the requirements set out in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

The following persons may not participate in the Promotion: (i) employees of any of the companies and other legal entities linked to KLOK LONGEVITY (ii) individuals who directly or indirectly hold shares in KLOK LONGEVITY (iii) any other individual who has participated directly or indirectly in the organization of this Contest or has been involved directly or indirectly in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.).

The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, nor can it be exchanged for any other product or for money.

KLOK LONGEVITY reserves the right, if there is a just cause and after legal notification, to make any changes, suspend or extend this Promotion.

Any tax or fiscal burden that the acceptance of the prize may entail for the winner, as well as any other expense derived from the promotion not expressly assumed by KLOK LONGEVITY in these Legal Bases, will be at the winner's expense and responsibility.

A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date of the award of the prize is established for any reasoned claim. KLOK LONGEVITY reserves the right, in case of urgent necessity, to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics.

 

6.        PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory, or that could violate third-party rights, will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and self-image will also not be allowed.  We will not be responsible for damages caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion that could at any time offend the sensibilities of other participants.

Any attempt to hinder the proper development of the promotion, whether by human intervention or automatically, will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and the annulment of their candidacy.

 

7.        DISCLAIMER

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion, and we assume no responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that the Participants, winner or third parties may suffer.

We assume no responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected therein, technical errors, or any other reason beyond the control of KLOK LONGEVITY that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation website.

 

 

 

8.        PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

KLOK LONGEVITY takes the protection of your privacy and personal data very seriously. Therefore, your personal information is kept securely and treated with the utmost care.

In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, and specifically with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, each Participant, by accepting these Legal Bases, consents that the personal data provided for participation in this contest be incorporated into a file owned by KLOK LONGEVITY to process participation in the contest and to communicate the prize if they are the Winner.

Please note that your personal contact data will be used for the following purposes:

·       Manage participation in this draw.

·       Verify compliance with the participation requirements.

·       Contact the winner and, if applicable, the alternate for prize management and delivery.

·       Send commercial information, promotions, news, and communications related to KLOK LONGEVITY's products and activities.

Participants guarantee that the personal data provided is truthful and are responsible for communicating any modification thereof to KLOK LONGEVITY. KLOK LONGEVITY reserves the right to exclude from this promotion any Participant who has provided false data. It is recommended to exercise the utmost diligence in data protection through the use of security tools. KLOK LONGEVITY cannot be held responsible for illicit data theft, modification, or loss.

Participants have the right to (i) access their personal data, as well as (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate data or, if applicable, request its deletion, (iii) request the limitation of the processing of their data, (iv) object to the processing of their data, and (v) request its portability. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data is not in accordance with the regulations, as well as if they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights.

The Supervisory Authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant about the progress and the outcome of the complaint.

9.             CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of participants in the Promotion.

 

10.         APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant's city shall be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfillment of these bases.
